Justin N. Redman
(Associate)
In 2011, Justin began his practice as an attorney at Van Cott & Talamante. Prior to working at Van Cott & Talamante, while still in law school, Justin worked as a summer associate for both a well-known large law firm and a publicly traded international software company. Before pursuing his legal career, Justin worked as a software developer for several software companies in Arizona.
While in law school, he was a member of Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology for two years, serving as Associate Editor and Articles Editor. In 2009, he published Post Tiffany v. eBay, Inc.: Establishing a Clear, Legal Standard for Online Auctions, 49 Jurimetrics J. 467-490 (2009).
During his tenure in law school, he also received a College of Law Merit-Based Scholarship from 2008-2010, served as a Center Scholar for the Center of Law, Science, and Technology from 2008-2010, received four CALI Awards for the highest scores in Constitutional Law, Law and the Regulatory State - Intellectual Property, Law and the Arts, and Governance of Virtual Worlds, and was a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar for three years. In addition to his J.D. degree, Justin earned a Certificate in Law, Science, and Technology with an Intellectual Property Specialization, upon successfully completing substantial coursework and other criteria related to intellectual property law.
He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
